Thank you to all that attended and supported the efforts regarding the grand opening of "Mario's Closet".  A special thank you to all of the Lawrence Memorial Hospital (LMH) officials, design and construction teams, the Oncology Unit as well as Kathy Clausing-Willis and her team in the Endowment Office.  Without your hard work the vision would have remained an image on paper.  Your hard work and dedication has left a lasting impression in our hearts  and many others.  

We trust that Mario's Closet will provide not only accessories, but also a peaceful and loving atmosphere, while providing a spirit of healing and happiness felt lingering in the air.

You are cordially invited to join Almarie Speaks!(c) and the MVC Foundation make a difference in our community by participating in the “The Ball is in Your Court/Project15” fundraiser luncheon. This luncheon will provide a relaxed atmosphere where you can network, laugh and contribute to a wonderful cause, all while enjoying delicious food and enriching entertainment.

The funds raised at this event will be donated to “The Villages, Inc.” group homes. Funds will support “The Ball is in Your Court/Project 15” project, building one court at a time. They plan to construct outdoor basketball courts at two of their Kansas locations; Lawrence and Topeka. However, to be successful, they need us to get involved.

As a sponsor, you will receive public recognition of your support, a sponsor’s table, and other acknowledgements in accordance with the sponsorship level you select. Most importantly, your tax deductible donation will be contributing to the betterment of our community.
